Peer Review Process for Journal Publications
Centre for Business & Economic Research (CBER), UK is committed to maintaining the highest international publishing standards. All journal articles are subjected to a rigorous double-blind external peer review process to ensure academic integrity, transparency, and scholarly quality.
Step 1: Initial editorial screening: Each full paper submitted to the journal is screened by the Editor-in-Chief or Editorial Committee to ensure compliance with author guidelines, relevance to the journal’s scope, and adherence to academic and ethical standards.
Step 2: Double-Blind external peer review: Manuscripts that pass the initial screening are reviewed under a double-blind system. Author and reviewer identities are concealed. Each paper is reviewed by a minimum of two independent external reviewers with relevant subject expertise.
Step 3: Review Criteria: Reviewers assess originality, methodological rigor, scholarly contribution, relevance, quality of analysis, structure, clarity of writing, ethical compliance, and the validity of conclusions.
Step 4: Reviewer Recommendations: Reviewers recommend acceptance, minor revision, major revision, or rejection. All feedback is shared with authors.
Step 5: Revision and Final Decision: Authors revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments. Final decisions are made by the Editor-in-Chief in consultation with the Editorial Committee.
Step 6: Publication: Only papers that successfully complete the peer review process are accepted for journal publication.
