The IJBED, a scholarly and refereed journal, provides an authoritative source of information for scholars, academicians, and professionals in the fields of business and economic development and is published three times a year. The journal promotes the advancement, understanding, and practice of business & economic development. It is peer-reviewed and is the main research platform of the Centre for Business & Economic Research (CBER). Scholars across borders are encouraged to advance the frontiers of management education, particularly in the area of economic development. Contributions should therefore be of interest to scholars, practitioners, and researchers in economics in both developed and developing countries targeting a worldwide readership through electronic medium.
